  1.   The macros in MSGxx.QM and msg00x.qm are useful for keeping track
  2.   of and reformatting saved messages and quoting replies.  The macros
  3.   in msg001.qm make, update and remove an Index of all the messages
  4.   in an offline mail reader saved message file with the Index
  5.   inserted at the top of the saved message file as shown below.
  6.   After indexing, any message may easily and quickly viewed using
  7.   AMAC macros in JMPPOSxx.QM (@2-@8) and BOOKxx.QM (@f, @1 or @5).
  8.   Macros in msg002.qm reformat OffLine message reader messages
  9.   retaining sender initials and quoting character with or without
  10.   boxes and macros to enclose column blocks with different borders.
  11.   Macros in msg003.qm make column blocks of longest line in block and
  12.   also make and remove boxes of different borders.
